Getting started

From sign-up to your first synced orders in four steps.

1. Create your account

  1. Go to app.navexa.co/sign-up and sign up with Google or with an email and password.
  2. Name your account and give its billing email (your sign-in email to start with). An account is one business: its stores, warehouses, products, orders and team. You can belong to more than one account and switch between them from the account picker at the top of the menu.

2. Connect a store

On the Connect your store step (later: Integrations in the menu), connect the platform you sell on:

  • Shopify: install the Navexa app on your Shopify store and approve its permissions. Until Navexa is listed in the Shopify App Store, ask support for the install link.
  • Medusa: install the Navexa Medusa plugin, then connect with your store URL and a Medusa secret API key. See Checkout rates: Medusa.
  • TikTok Shop: connect from Integrations and authorize Navexa in TikTok Shop.

You are also asked whether Navexa should manage your stock levels:

  • Yes: Navexa becomes the source of truth for your inventory and updates stock in your store.
  • No (leave it unchecked): you only use Navexa for shipping. You can change this later in the account settings.

When you connect, Navexa starts a first sync of your locations, products and orders. Orders from the last 60 days come in (30 days for TikTok Shop).

3. Import older orders (optional)

For the first week after you connect a Medusa or TikTok Shop store, an owner or admin can import older order history: open the store under Integrations, pick how far back (up to a year) and choose Import orders. Orders already in Navexa are updated, not duplicated, and the rest appear as they arrive.

Shopify gives apps only its last 60 days of orders, and the first sync already brought those in.

4. Add a payment method

Buying shipping labels on Navexa's built-in rates needs a payment method. An owner or admin adds a card or bank account under Settings → Billing, where statements and carrier adjustments also appear. Pricing is on navexa.co/pricing.

Invite your team

Under Settings → Team, invite people by email and give each a role:

RoleCan
AdminEverything the owner can, except delete the account
MemberProducts, inventory, forecasting and shipping, including buying labels. Not billing, the team, store connections or the Pack Station
FulfillmentShipping and labels, receiving inventory, and the Pack Station. Not billing, the team, store connections or forecasting
ViewerRead only. Not billing

Pack Station access follows the role (the owner, admins and fulfillment get it as supervisors). Change it per person in the same table: off, packer or supervisor.
